You probably need to expand it a bit. For instance, Internet Services would be a broad category I would fit under.
Also, should not the 3 options be dependent with a selection granulation?
Or you want to keep them separate? In that case each selection should have at least one additional granulation level. Purpose would be more fine grained targeting.
Instead of trying to figure it yourself, you could have an entry where subscribers could make suggestions that could be marked as pending in your admin interface, waiting for you approval.
